Deaf Progress is dedicated to empowering the Deaf community and fostering genuine inclusion between and Deaf and hearing people.

We provide British Sign Language (BSL) courses, Deaf awareness training, workplace inclusion support, and communication services such as Interpreters and Communication Support Workers (CSWs).

Our mission is to break down communication barriers, promote equality, and create environments where everyone can connect and thrive.

We work closely with employers to provide practical guidance on how to work effectively with Deaf employees, ensuring workplaces are accessible, inclusive and confident in meeting communications needs.

By collaborating with experienced Deaf tutors and hearing professionals, we ensure our services are accessible, authentic, and impactful.

Our training is interactive, culturally informed, and tailored to real world situations, giving individuals and organisations the skills to communicate effectively with Deaf colleagues, customers and communities. From schools and small businesses to large corporations and public sector organisations, Deaf Progress partners with clients to create lasting change.
