The organisation supports unemployed individuals and diverse communities across North London (open to all London residents).
5E Ltd works in partnership with various private and public sector organisations to extend its reach and impact providing customised training and practical solutions to address skills shortages and career progression for people working in these organisations.

For Learners
5E Ltd offers a comprehensive range of education programmes which are fully funded (eligibility applies) including:
• Essential Digital Skills: Entry 3 and Level 1
• Accounting: AAT certified accounting courses L1, L2 and L3
• ICT Systems Support: Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas in Systems Support and ICT
• English and Maths: Personal Skills development and employability skills
• Vocational Training: Industry-specific and vendor-based qualifications

For employers
5E Ltd partners with employers to provide tailored training solutions aligned with specific business needs and job requirements. We can design and deliver courses based on your job descriptions to ensure candidates are fully equipped with the skills your organisation requires.
We also have a pool of work-ready learners trained in key sectors, including IT, Digital Marketing, Bookkeeping, and Cybersecurity, who are prepared to join the workforce immediately. Our aim is to help employers save time on recruitment and onboarding while supporting sustainable employment opportunities in the community. We can shortlist the best candidates we have, and they can be offered work placements before deciding to interview and employ them.

For Startups and SMEs
5E Ltd is pleased to offer companies, including startups and SMEs, access to our free tailored training programmes designed to enhance workforce skills and productivity in line with your business goals. To ensure maximum impact, we begin by understanding your specific business needs and can deliver a customised course aligned with your business objectives and productivity.
We also are currently offering courses in Microsoft & Cybersecurity and Digital Marketing. Starting in January, we plan to launch more advanced courses that explore these areas in greater depth. Training sessions run from September to November 2025, every Tuesday to Thursday, 2:00–5:00 PM are being delivered online or on-site (for groups of 6 or more).
