Founded in 2009, urbanest is now London’s leading specialist student accommodation provider, with nine unique properties housing more than 4,500 students in prime locations across central London.

We work closely with the capital’s major universities to deliver the highest quality accommodation and an unrivalled student living experience. We have properties in Hoxton, Tower Bridge, King’s Cross, St Pancras, Westminster Bridge, Vauxhall, Victoria and in the heart of the City of London.

We opened our latest property, urbanest Battersea, in September 2024, with our next opening coming to Canary Wharf in 2026.

At urbanest, we have always had a particular way of doing things. It is our way of making sure that we are doing everything we can to care responsibly for our residents, our staff, our local environments and our planet.

The electricity in our buildings comes from sustainable sources and our new developments will be amongst the most sustainable student accommodation ever built.
