Company Profile

Fennies is a family-owned and family-run group of 29 nurseries across London, Surrey, Kent and Buckinghamshire, and for over 33 years we’ve been helping children get the best possible start in life. Now we’re looking for people to join us.

Whether you’re starting out, changing career or already qualified in Early Years, there’s a place for you here. You don’t need experience to begin: our apprenticeships let you earn while you learn, and we fund qualifications as you grow. From your first day, you’ll have a clear path to progress, from Apprentice to Room Leader to Nursery Manager, with support at every step.

You’ll be part of a close team of passionate educators, and you’ll enjoy a wide range of benefits including quarterly bonuses, childcare discounts, free Fennies café lunch and Bupa wellbeing support.

Come and say hello to us on 16 or 17 October, or apply today at fennies.com/careers.
