Franco Manca is one of the fastest growing restaurant group in the UK.

Starting out in 2008, founded by Giuseppe Mascoli in Brixton Market London, we’re taking our authentic Neapolitan sourdough pizza across the UK. Franco Manca is about two things: pizza and people.

Many of our Restaurant Managers started on the floor, and most of our Head Chefs started as a Kitchen Porter or a Junior Pizzaiolo.

We believe that to be truly enjoyed, food needs to be made with authentic, delicious ingredients, organic and locally sourced where possible.

We work with seasonal ingredients that are cooked in the traditional method. We aim to keep our menu and food simple, authentic and really good value.
