11:30 – National Careers Service – Interview Skills – Interview technique preparation using general strategies with examples of some interview questions.

12:00 RAC – The Motorist’s Champion. Join our Club! – Find out more about the RAC: who we are, what we do, and what becoming an RAC Patrol can do for you.

12:30 National Careers Service – Spotlight on the Job Market – How to use job market information to search for your next job.

13:00 The Challenge – NCS: It All Starts At Yes – Come along to our seminar, lead by representatives from The Challenge – the UK’s largest NCS provider – and find out how you can spend your summer earning money and making a difference in your local community.

13:30 The British Army – It’s not just combat – the modern British Army – There are 220 different job roles in the Army, from nurse to dog handler, avionics engineer to musician, farrier to Police Officer;  the choice is huge. Every soldier joins an apprenticeship scheme and there are lots of other opportunities and benefits. People with leadership skills can apply to join the management team directly as an Army Officer. Most of the jobs can be done part-time too!
